Welcome to the Dallas-Ft. Worth Meditation Group
of
Self Realization Fellowship

Established in 1972, the Dallas-Ft. Worth Meditation Group conducts devotional services, social activities, and special events in accordance with the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and his organization, Self-Realization Fellowship. One of the greatest emissaries in the world of India’s ancient wisdom, Yogananda is widely revered as the Father of Yoga in the West.

In 1920, Yogananda founded Self-Realization Fellowship, a worldwide, non-profit religious organization, to teach scientific techniques of meditation that lead to direct, personal experience of God. Still guided by the monastic order he founded, the Fellowship remains dedicated to carrying on the spiritual and humanitarian work of the beloved world teacher.

We invite you to join us for services and special activities at our Irving center and to visit our Book Room to learn more about the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and the activities of the DFW Meditation Group.
